Im Allgemeinen
Bei mehreren Kategorien von Beteiligungspapieren ist der höchste durch den Anbieter bezahlte Preis für jede Kategorie separat zu ermitteln. Der Mindestangebotspreis entspricht dem im Verhältnis zum Nominalwert höchsten bezahlten Preis, proportional umgerechnet auf jede Titelkategorie anhand des Nennwerts der verschiedenen Kategorien (Art. 43 Abs. 2 FinfraV-FINMA), unabhängig davon, ob die betreffenden Titelkategorien kotiert sind oder nicht.
